There are a lot of questions coming in now that the Kickstarter is over, so let's dive in:
Q: I missed the campaign - can I still pledge?
A: Yes, we will be accepting late backers in the next week or two. Please check back on the campaign page by the end of the month - there will be a "Late Backers - Click Here!" button above the "Created by" section at the top of the page.
Q: What's the purpose of the BackerKit survey?
A: We use these surveys for primarily two reasons:
- To collect shipping payments and addresses for all our backers, so that we can eventually send their pledge rewards.
- To provide backers with the ability to modify the reward tier they selected or get a last chance to add-on items.
Q: When will the BackerKit surveys be going out?
A: It takes around two weeks for Kickstarter to process all pledges, no later than the first or second week of May. When surveys do go out, they will go to the email address you have associated with your Kickstarter account. We'll do an update officially announcing when they have begun to go to everyone. It's worth noting though that it can take BackerKit up to 48 hours to process all surveys fully. If at that point you still have not received one, please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.
Q: How long will I have to complete my survey?
A: Our goal is to get as many surveys completed as possible, so we give around 30 days to allow everyone proper time.
Q: I want to change reward tiers, can I do this?
A: We can upgrade you to a different tier, just please DM us when you get your survey.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: As noted extensively in the campaign, estimated fulfillment is set for July 2025. Please be mindful though of the following that is noted on our FAQ:
The delivery dates associated with each reward are based on our anticipated production schedule. They are not guaranteed and, as they are described, are ESTIMATES. Once we finish surveys and all add-ons are locked we go into production on those items and will provide campaign updates throughout the process. Should dates shift, which is not uncommon, we will provide new estimated delivery dates in updates. Please note, that no date provided should be considered a locked and promised date until we have the books at the warehouse, and until such time all estimated dates are subject to change.
